Protect your DataFetch Scan & See investment with Loss and Damage Insurance. Without insurance, replacing a lost, stolen, damaged or out-of-warranty Scan & See can be costly and inconvenient. Filing a claim is simple and starts with a phone call. Replacements can be shipped overnight and received the next day in most cases.
Coverage is Optional Scan & See Insurance is an optional insurance coverage that you are not required to purchase in order to purchase services or equipment from DataFetch LLC. Program enrollment and replacement authorization shall be at the sole discretion of DataFetch LLC. Coverage must be secured at the time of original purchase. Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and device and is non-transferrable.
Scan & See Insurance is $69 for 1 year, and can be renewed yearly. Scan & See Insurance provides protection in the event your Scan & See is lost, stolen, damaged or requires an out-of-warranty replacement. The cost is low, and terms are simple. The is NO deductible!

How To File A Claim
Filing a claim is easy and simple to do: 1. Contact us at 781-829-2022 to start the process. 2. Give us your information, weʼll look up the original order and verify coverage. 3. If damaged, weʼll ask for the serial number of the unit. If lost, we can look up the serial #. Please Note: Each Scan & See has a unique hardware and software serial # key. In cases of lost/stolen units, we will electronically disable this key to guard against future unauthorized use. Once we disable it, the device cannot be reset without being returned to us. 4. We will give you an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. 5. Ship the unit to us (your cost) with the RMA# written on the box and accompanying paperwork (if any). 6. We will repair/replace it and ship back to you (our cost).

Once your replacement is approved, your equipment is shipped to you and received overnight in most cases. Claims may be fulfilled with new and/ or remanufactured equipment. Colors, features and accessory compatibility are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for loss of use while the replacement is in process.
