The MVIR software is designed specifically to automate incident information gathering and create information interchange forms at the scene of the incident. No more hand-written, multi-part forms to deal with. All information is clearly and accurately recorded in the MVIR information form. A complete report including all information on up to 5 vehicles, involved parties, damage, and witness information is created for convenient printing at the scene. The complete report is stored for later use.

The MVIR software can be used on any Windows computer, either mobile MDT or on office servers. No CAD/RMS system required, No license or maintenance fees.Enter complete license, registration, and incident details into one comprehensive report for up to 5 vehicles and drivers. Utilizing the wireless DataFetch DF3D barcode scanner, you can quickly and accurately gather driver and vehicle data at the scene of an accident without typing. All scanned data is auto-filled into the DataFetch Motor Vehicle Incident Report (MVIR), eliminating the need to hand write or type information. This minimizes the "head down" time of the officer, eliminates information errors, and reduces gathering of incident information to less than one minute per vehicle. The DF3D barcode scanner wirelessly reads all PDF417 license barcodes, Inspection sticker, and vehicle VIN plate information - at distances over 200 feet - permitting on-location information retrieval of the involved vehicles and drivers without returning repeatedly to the patrol unit.
